Court declares Lex Agrokor invalid in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 16 November - The Ljubljana District Court has upheld an appeal by Russian bank Sberbank and rejected the motion to recognise the solvency procedure of retailer Mercator's parent company, Croatia's Agrokor. Sberbank will now be able to seek to recover its claims from Agrokor's assets in Slovenia, including Mercator shares.
