Paper claims Cerar does not care about tax payers

Ljubljana, 20 November - The business daily Finance claims in Monday's commentary that Miro Cerar's refusal to cut the VAT rate, reduce income tax or reclaim the NLB bank bailout money shows that the prime minister "doesn't give a rat's ass about people who pay taxes".
