Public libraries seen as irreplaceable meeting point at ceremony

Šmarje pri Jelšah, 20 November - Libraries are the "irreplaceable cultural, educational and local meeting point, which has a great impact on spreading the reading culture", stressed the head of the association of public libraries, Vesna Horžen, at a ceremony observing the day of Slovenian libraries on Monday.
