Delo says not everything is rosy for children in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 21 November - Commenting on the events and statistics presented on Universal Children's Day, the newspaper Delo says on Tuesday that not everything is rosy in Slovenia at all, noting that more than 46,000 persons younger than 18 are living under the at-risk-of-poverty threshold.
