SMC calls for respect for courts in Shamieh case

Ljubljana, 21 November - The ruling Modern Centre Party (SMC) said in a statement regarding the case of Syrian refugee Ahmad Shamieh, who faces deportation, that court decisions must be respected. The party's executive committee backed its president and PM Miro Cerar in its Monday evening meeting, the SMC said in a press release on Tuesday.
