Decade on, Plečnik Stadium project back at the start

Ljubljana, 22 November - Ten years after being publicly unveiled, the project to renovate a rundown sports stadium in Ljubljana that was designed by Slovenia's best known architect Jože Plečnik is back at the start as the environmental consent, a precondition for a building permit, has been retracted.
