Slovenia honours general who secured northern border

Velenje/Maribor, 22 November - General Rudolf Maister (1874-1934) was very aware that it was in Slovenians' interest to secure territory and take military action, Defence Minister Andreja Katič said on the eve of the public holiday celebrating the man whose troops secured Slovenia's northern border just after World War I.
