Mladić ICTY ruling warning to war criminals, Foreign Ministry says
Ljubljana/The Hague, 22 November - The life-long prison sentence handed down by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to former commander of Bosnian Serb army Ratko Mladić on Wednesday is a message to war criminals all over the world that they will answer for their actions, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry said.
