Slovenian MEPs urge Commission to act over Salonit waste burning
Brussels, 24 November - Seven of the eight Slovenian MEPs have called on the European Commission to take action after a Soča Valley-based environmental organisation informed them that Salonit Anhovo, a waste-burning cement maker, is allowed to emit much more pollutants than stipulated under EU rules.
