Luka Koper management facing no-confidence vote in December

Ljubljana, 24 November - The supervisory board of port operator Luka Koper met on Friday for a marathon session to reschedule an extraordinary shareholders' meeting from 14 to 28 December and expand its agenda with a vote of no-confidence in the Dragomir Matić-led management due to audit findings on the contracting of port services.
