Delo wonders whether Chinese money is a necessity or choice

Ljubljana, 27 November - China is not to be blamed for the further "orbanisation" of Hungary or for the "zemanisation" of the Czech Republic, but the "Chinese model" with anti-European features has come to this part of Europe together with investment, Delo comments on Monday's summit of the 16+1 Initiative.
