Poll shows negative disposition to upper chamber, support to public education
Ljubljana, 27 November - A poll carried on Monday by the newspaper Delo shows 47% saying the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, should be abolished. The poll on the other hand revealed a high level of trust in public education and opposition to putting funding for private education on par with that for public schools.
