Večer comments on final ruling in The Hague
Maribor, 30 November - Commenting on the Suicide in The Hague, the newspaper Večer says on Thursday that Slobodan Praljak's decision to take his life on hearing the guilty verdict against him upheld by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) leaves the Hague court in disarray as its mandate ends.
