Govt backs increase in pay for directors in public sector

Ljubljana, 30 November - The government adopted on Thursday a decree that raises the pay of directors in the public sector, in particular that of school headmasters, some of whom have been receiving salaries lower than those of teachers. The government, which had been putting off the move, said that the decree tackled certain systemic anomalies.
