Petrol buys mobile payment app developer

Ljubljana, 1 December - Petrol has acquired 76% stake in Mbills, a Slovenian IT company that has developed a mobile payment application used by the energy company and a number of other Slovenian companies and shops, more than 1,000 in total. The companies presented in Ljubljana on Friday an overhauled version of the application under the brand Petrol Mbills.
