Over 75% of R&D funds came from companies in 2016

Luxembourg, 1 December - More than 75% of funds invested in research and development (R&D) in Slovenia last year came from companies, which was the highest share of any EU country, according to a Eurostat survey presented on Friday. R&D investments in Slovenia amounted to 2% of the country's GDP, just under the EU average of 2.03%.
