Two houses of parliament mark 25th anniversary

Ljubljana, 4 December - The National Assembly and the National Council, the lower and upper houses of parliament, marked in two separate ceremonies their 25th anniversaries on Monday. Speaker Milan Brglez said in his address to the lower house ceremony that it was time to take stock and similar tones were also heard at the upper chamber event.
