Slovenia ordered to pay back pension to Yugoslav army officer
Strasbourg, 5 December - The European Court of Human Rights has ordered Slovenia to pay EUR 42,000 in damages to a former officer of the Yugoslav National Army who had been refused an old-age pension in the late 1990s.
