Ljubljana, 7 December - Bakhtyar Aljaf, director of the Ljubljana-based International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES), has assessed that US President Donald Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel could provide fresh impetus to the Middle East peace talks.
