Slovenia taken to EU Court over failure to transpose concession rules
Brussels, 7 December - The European Commission announced on Thursday that it would take Slovenia to the Court of Justice of the EU over the country's failure to completely transpose EU rules on public procurement and concessions into national law. The Finance Ministry said it was working on a bill that would transpose the rules.
