Pressure mounting on Gorenje leadership

Velenje, 8 December - Household appliance maker Gorenje will hold a shareholder meeting on 9 January to vote on the replacement of the incumbent and former chief supervisors. The initiative is led by former Gorenje executive Philip Alexander Sluiter, who has been backed by several more minority shareholders, and has stepped up his criticism of the company's management.
