Sava Re to buy NLB's Macedonian pension fund
Ljubljana/Skopje, 12 December - Slovenian insurance group Sava Re will buy a 100% stake in NLB Nov penziski fond AD Skopje, a Macedonian pension fund owned by NLB bank, pending regulatory approval. Slovenia's largest bank initiated the disposal of the fund, which managed about EUR 370m in assets, in March.
