Koper port rail track project on hold as appeal returns to top court
Ljubljana, 12 December - The Supreme Court has asked the Constitutional Court to review several provisions of referendum legislation, arguing a legal vacuum prevented it from ruling on an appeal filed after a law governing the expansion of the railway track to the Koper port was upheld in a referendum. The impasse has put on hold the country's main infrastructure project.
