Courts continue to cut backlog, face shortage of funds
Ljubljana, 14 December - Slovenian courts continued to cut backlogs this year, Supreme Court President Damijan Florjančič said as he presented the work of the judiciary on Thursday. He is unhappy with the funding, saying the budget allocated by the government makes it seem like the judiciary was not the third branch of government in Slovenia.
