Contentious sale of Hostel Celica by city of Ljubljana off to a sluggish start

Ljubljana, 14 December - A decision by the city of Ljubljana to sell the unique Celica youth hostel and culture centre has made headlines in recent weeks. Developments culminated on Thursday with a rally against the sale and the news that no bids had been submitted for the historical building.
