Ljubljana/Koper, 19 December - The opposition Left has requested a parliamentary debate on Hungary's role in the construction of the rail expansion between Divača and Koper in the aftermath of reports that the government was finalising an agreement that would give Hungary a lease on land adjacent to the port of Koper in exchange for an equity investment in the rail project.
