Timmermans says it's key to prevent Slovenia-Croatia border incidents
Brussels, 20 December - European Commission First Vice-President Frans Timmermans, who is acting as mediator in the Slovenia-Croatia border dispute, highlighted on Wednesday the need to prevent any incidents as the 29 December deadline nears for the implementation of the border arbitration award.
