Borrowing ceiling for 2018 set at EUR 6.3bn

Ljubljana, 21 December - The treasury will be allowed to borrow up to EUR 6.3bn next year to fund current spending and pre-finance debt principals due in 2019 and 2020, according to a decree that the government adopted on Thursday.
