Ex-ambassador sees Catalonia vote outcome as opportunity for talks

Ljubljana, 22 December - After Catalan pro-independence parties retained absolute majority in Thursday's snap regional election, Slovenia's former ambassador to Spain, Franco Juri has assessed that the parties will stop advocating unilateral secession and that time is ripe for talks with Madrid.
