Slovenia to block Croatia's Schengen zone, OECD entry
Ljubljana, 22 December - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec told Croatia on Friday it would not become a member of the Schengen zone until it implements the border arbitration agreement. Slovenia also plans to withhold its support for Croatia's OECD membership.
