Birth anniversary of space pioneer Potočnik Noordung honoured
Maribor, 22 December - The 125th anniversary of the birth of Slovenian space pioneer Herman Potočnik Noordung (1892-1929) was marked on Friday with the unveiling of a memorial plaque in Maribor and a symposium at the Herman Potočnik Noordung Center of Space Technologies in nearby Vitanje.
