Slovenia urges Croatia to implement arbitration
Ljubljana/Piran, 29 December - The Slovenian Foreign Ministry urged Croatia in diplomatic notes on Friday to engage in dialogue about the implementation of the border arbitration tribunal's award, as tensions looked set to be rekindled in the bordering sea after Slovenia declared it would start formally implementing the award on Saturday.
