Ljubljana, 5 January - Slovenia started implementing the border arbitration award, triggering a fresh wave of incidents in the bordering sea and a fresh diplomatic offensive aimed at convincing Croatia to accept the tribunal's decision. The incidents are expected to form the basis for Slovenia's lawsuit against Croatia at the EU Court of Justice.
