Daily says Slovenia picked good tactics to enforce arbitration

Ljubljana, 4 January - The newspaper Dnevnik says in Thursday's commentary that threatening Croatian fishermen to fine them is one of the most effective ways to implement the border arbitration decision at lest in the short run.
