Večer: Arbitration raison d'etre of Slovenian foreign policy

Maribor, 6 January - Slovenia's foreign policy had been disoriented for a decade after the country joined the EU and NATO, but in recent years it has had a new raison d'etre - arbitration, Večer comments on Saturday.
