Delo wonders whether North Korea is changing

Ljubljana, 9 January - The official 2018 calendar of the North Korean regime displays the birthday of leader Kim Jong-un as a plain date and illustrations for each individual month have no propaganda touch any more, which is another sign that North Korea is changing, the newspaper Delo says in Tuesday's commentary.
