PM's office asks court to keep draft changes to intel agency rules classified

Ljubljana, 11 January - The office of PM Miro Cerar has turned to the Administrative Court in a bid to fend off demands for the disclosure of draft changes to the law on intelligence and security agency SOVA. While facing accusations it is going too far in the expansion of SOVA's powers, the office argues such demands could undermine any legislative process.
