Depleted Slovenia starting European Handball Championship

Zagreb, 13 January - The Slovenian men's national handball team will open their campaign at the European Championship in Zagreb on Saturday in what is their first major tournament since winning bronze at the world championship a year ago. The heavily depleted team will be looking to make it to the main round in Varaždin.
