Insurance group buys 25% stake in bank DBS
Ljubljana, 12 January - Skupina Prva, a regional insurance group, has emerged as the strongest bidder for a 25% stake in bank DBS, a small private bank with an expansive network of offices. Skupina Prva and its Slovenian arm Prva osebna zavarovalnica will now draft the sales agreement with the seller, cooperative Kapitalska zadruga, Skupina Prva said on Friday.
