Delo looks at Balkans as focus of Bulgaria's presidency

Ljubljana, 15 January - Delo writes on Monday that Bulgaria is likely a rare exception in the region in that it is not ashamed of the Balkans, and is even trying to make its presidency of the EU Balkan.
