Dnevnik says rail project follows policy of executed facts

Ljubljana, 17 January - The newspaper Dnevnik says that the discourse accompanying the preparations for the construction of a new rail track between the inland hub of Divača and the port of Koper is "creepily similar" to the discourse that accompanied the construction of the newest generator of the TEŠ thermal power plant, whose price tag doubled during construction.
