Cetis's single largest owner publishes takeover bid

Ljubljana/Celje, 18 January - The company MSIN, the single largest owner of Cetis, has published a takeover bid for the printing company which specialise in IDs and other secure documents. MSIN, which already holds 75.19% of stock, is offering EUR 61.94 per share.
