Ljubljana, 18 January - Digitalisation should be presented to people not as a must but an opportunity, while legislation and education must be adjusted to the digital transformation, heard a debate in Ljubljana on Thursday featuring European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society Mariya Gabriel and Public Administration Minister Boris Koprivnikar.
