Klemenčič on the ballot for CoE human rights commissioner

Strasbourg, 23 January - Slovenia's Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič is one of the three candidates as the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe casts a vote on the organisation's next human rights commissioner on Tuesday.
