Cross-country: Kazakhstan's Poltoranin takes Planica classic
Planica, 21 January - Aleksej Poltoranin of Kazakhstan claimed victory in the men's 15 km Cross-Country World Cup race in the classic technique in Planica on Sunday, 13.2 seconds ahead of the overall World Cup leader, Johannes Klaebo of Norway. Sweden's Calle Halfvarsson came in third, 42.8 seconds behind the winner.
