Govt, public sector trade unions remain on opposite banks

Ljubljana, 23 January - Public sector trade unions and the government remain at loggerheads as they gear up for a sector-wide strike scheduled for Wednesday. While the government insists that the action is unjustified, the strike committees say the government is underestimating them.
