Slovenian cuisine about to make breakthrough, conference hears

Ljubljana, 29 January - Although Slovenian cuisine has only recently become better known beyond its borders, it has great potential for a breakthrough, heard a gastronomy conference in Ljubljana on Monday. Slovenia will get its first Gault & Millau restaurant guide later this year and is vying for the title of the European Region of Gastronomy 2021.
