Bank Association says franc loan ruling no precedent

Ljubljana, 29 January - The Bank Association said on Monday that a Higher Court ruling which has recently cancelled a Swiss franc loan will not up stand in the Supreme Court, nor was a special bill on forced conversion of franc loans into euro necessary.
