Jurist raises concern over higher education bill

Ljubljana, 30 January - Matej Avbelj, a jurist who lectures at the privately-held Graduate School of Government and European Studies, has several objections against a bill which seeks to restrict concessions in higher education, arguing that its adoption would effectively abolish private higher education institutions.
