Dnevnik: Referendum campaigns to become even more bizarre

Ljubljana, 1 February - Dnevnik wonders what consequences the Constitutional Court's decision saying that the government must present pros and cons about the matter put to a referendum vote would have for future referendum campaigns and the judiciary.
